From the Stromness Ferry Terminal, turn right as you leave the terminal and follow the road out of Stromness towards Stenness.
Continue on this road for approximately 4 miles, with lovely views across the lochs along the way. You will pass signs for historic sites including Maeshowe.
Drive through the village of Stenness and continue along the A965 for a further mile. Turn left onto Stoneyhill Road. Continue up this road and, just before the first corner, Overbigging is located on your right-hand side.
From Kirkwall, using the main roundabout outside Mills Petrol station, follow the signs for Stromness. Continue along the A965 for around 7 miles, You will drive through the village of Finstown. Continue out of Finstown until you see the sign post for the Stoneyhill Road. Turn right on to the Stoneyhill road. Continue up this road and, just before the first corner, Overbigging is located on your right-hand side.
